Inspired by the original historical artifact; Gold Ottoman "Sultani" coin, dated back to 16th century Aleppo, during the era of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, (in other words: Sulayman I Qanuni ('the Lawgiver'), from Leu Numismatik - Switzerland, specifically from the collection of Judge Hans-Joachim Specht.
Full meaning and translation of the caligraphic writings on the coin is as follows: "Sulṭān Sulaymān Shāh / ibn sulṭān Salīm Khān / ʿazza naṣruhū ḍuriba / fī Ḥalab / sana / 926" (Sultan Sulayman Shah son of Sultan Salim Khan. May his victory be honoured! Struck in Halab, year 926' in Arabic.) On the other side of the coin, "'ḍārib al-naḍr / ṣāḥib al-ʿizz wa al-naṣr / fī al-barr wa al-baḥr" (Gold striker, owner of glory and victory, in the land and sea' in Arabic.)
